Breast Lift Hawaii

Unlike breast augmentations, breast lifts seek to change the shape and position of your breasts rather than the size. This procedure, also known as a mastopexy, is a great way to help you reposition your breasts in a more upright procedure if they have begun to sag from age or after pregnancy. On top of adjusting how your breasts sit, this procedure will also remove excess skin from your breasts, removing unsightly wrinkling or sagging that you can’t fix without surgery.

While this procedure is especially beneficial for women with smaller breasts, it will work on all size women. Larger breasted women, because of the weight of their breasts, are more likely to sag again following the surgery, though it won’t do that again for quite some time following a procedure like this. Dr. Ferguson’s modern methods ensure that the results of your lift will last for many years to come.

What to Expect from Your Lift Surgery

Pre-Op

You can meet with Dr. Ferguson for an examination and consultation prior to your lift. He will help you decide on the best option for the most naturally appearing position of your breasts and show you how the lift can achieve that. We will make sure that your medication is properly adjusted as necessary prior to the surgery.

Day of the Procedure

We will help you relax and feel at ease on the day of your procedure. Dr. Ferguson can have you in and out of the operating room in a couple of hours and you will be able to return home the same day.

After

There will be swelling and bruising for several days. Avoid straining yourself, lifting above your head, or bending. Dr. Ferguson can examine your progress, ensure things are healing properly, and help you with any questions that may arise.
