In 2003 John moved to Dothan, Alabama and soon started The FACE and Body Clinic. By using state-of-the-art technology and recognizing that patients deserve minimal interruption to their daily lives, The FACE and Body Clinic evolved into an international center for patient care. After years of plying the Caribbean and the beaches of Florida, Dr. Ferguson took a trip to Oahu and fell in love. In early 2009 Dr. Ferguson had the pleasure of meeting one of the true masters of plastic surgery, Dr. Robert Flowers. Within each other, they found kindred spirits who truly loved the beauty and artistry of their chosen profession. In May 2009, John took over The Flowers Clinic renaming it The Ferguson Clinic.

 John Ferguson, MD, FACS
Dr. Ferguson was born and raised in Dallas. He attended the University of Texas at Austin. Medical school followed at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. He chose Otolaryngology residency at the University of South Florida in Tampa to study facial plastics & reconstructive surgery under Ed and Richard Farrior. In 2003 he moved to Dothan, Alabama and soon started The FACE and Body Clinic.
Dr. Ferguson is double-board certified in Otolaryngology Head & Neck Surgery as well as Facial Plastics and Reconstructive Surgery. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, a Fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgeons, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Facial Plastics and Reconstructive Surgery.
